History

After she moved to Ottawa from Antwerp, Belgium in 1991, Muriel Dombret founded [CLOTHES]. In 1994 she opened her very first boutique in Hintonburg (at this time the location was off the beaten track).  By 1997, [CLOTHES] moved to Wellington St. West, and in 2002 her shop became a cornerstone of the now trendy Wellington West Shopping District.

It has been 22 years of a continually evolving creative process. Muriel Dombret has the privilege and pleasure of working with a group of multi-talented ladies dedicated to their craftsmanship. Thanks to her loyal, ever growing clientele, [CLOTHES] has become the unique shopping destination that it is today.
